How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

I'm honnestly not mad. for the price it's a fair good quality figure the sword arrived bent and a little bit fell off but honnestly it's not bad. it also arrived so much faster then I expected and was really well packaged.

Okey so there figures is not perfect, have some small flaw with the coloring (hair and some speckles in the dress) and I had a bit of trouble in the insert it into the pedestal but now stands upright without problems. By far anyway you don't notice any problem. Came a little late but with corona virus I would say that is normal. But all in all I am happy with the result, I like it very much, it is very pretty and honestly, also costs little therefore recommend.

I want to say that the figure is, in fact, 450-480 rubles. Explain why. The quality of coloring is so-so, there are joints of "glue" details, on the legs painting... Better not talk. Neck color is different from other body parts color where can be seen skin (can be, this is only in my case). If you put the figure on the far shelf and do not look at it, it looks 700-800 rubles. In my case, the figure is in the case, I can not see these defects from the distance of the extended hand.

The figure came whole. For 700 R quality is normal. Came in whole in a puffy. I will order more from the store. Although I'm not sure that branded goods, but I'm more important than another. Vladivostok was 3 weeks old.

Excellent figure for its price. Drawing details is not very, but nothing critical or irreparable. On the stand is excellent. The only negative is katana, it is too small, does not sit in the hand as it should. In general, the purchase is successful, the price/quality ratio is adequate, the delivery is fast.
Product came right, just the sword that came a little pie, but nothing that affects the product itself. Took to arrive, however, satisfied. Would a 8/10
